"We named the monkey 'Jack'..."
Ok, so I got a second cat and after much long debate, I decided to name her "Kaylee", as in Firefly. She's cute, she's easing into the good graces of the aloof and cranky Captain (my other cat, Rogue), it's impossible to make her anything less than happy and excited, and if the word "shiny!" could actually come out of her mouth, she'd be saying it on a very frequent basis. And it's cute, she is a muted tortie/tabby, so her paws are mostly cream-colored, but when she puts her paws up, you see they're all dark grey underneath - as if she had her paws on the engine! ;)
On the basis of other friends and various communities I've read out there, it seems like a lot of folks named one (or more) of their pets after something having to do with Firefly. So... here's a poll... I'm curious as to what the most popular Firefly pet name(s) are!
