All my labs came back in reasonably good ranges. Could stand to bring up my HDL a bit. More to the point, liver and kidneys still look fine, so whether because of the milk thistle or not, clearly the Tylenol and Alleve aren't killing off organs yet. In a semi-random conversation with a surgical nurse I bumped into in the caf, a med that could be useful with fibro came up. It's called skelaxin, and is specifically for relaxing muscle spasms with the intent to train the muscles and strengthen them so that, eventually, hopefully, you don't get so many muscle spasms.
