I'm very grateful my fall yesterday wasn't any worse. I could easily have sprained my ankle for the umpty-millionth time. Still sore but healing nicely.
And I'm grateful for
my trainer. Yes, I know I mentioned her already, early in The Gratitude Project, but today I was really grateful for her. She commended me for showing up despite the ouchies, made some recommendations prior to strength class on how I could modify things based on what/where I had hurt stuff, and checked on me specifically a few times to make sure I wasn't overdoing or in need of more specific modification.
