So, I've been a little heavier than I'd like to be for a while now. This last week, I just kind of let go and had some real sodas and more than a bit of alcohol. Now I am finding that some of my clothes have to wait until I attain my more average weight. The really disconcerting bit is that now all my underwear are tight - F

I've got many friends who have achieved their goals through Paleo + Crossfit.
I use a modified version of 4 Hour Body, but it's very difficult to stick to, so I do a few 4HB days, and then just regular low-cal days. I use MyFitnessPal to track calories and exercise. Join...me.... :-)
