(no subject)
Well, back up in Sudbury again. This is the third time in four weeks, for those keeping score. It's been good though, the people here are good, and they have a very nice office too (then again anything that isn't mouse infested qualifies as nice by me). I've been as productive as I can be for them, and I know they appreciate that, so perhaps this will earn me some kinda "brownie points" towards remaining with DNCI after next March, but we'll see.
As you've all read already, Saturday night was "get Tom smashed" night, and it was a rousing success if I do say so myself! There was a good turnout of people and everyone seemed to have a lot of fun!
(Though I don't know whether I should be afraid or eager for my turn, based on the "payback's a bitch" line I got that night....boy, oh, boy, that will be quite an experience when my turn comes next year!)
Wedding plans have progressed some. As it turned out, there was not going to be anyone from the church that would be around to marry us that weekend, but since one of my uncles is ordained to marry, we asked him, and he was quite willing to do that, so that's one more item taken care of. Shannon also has bought her dress (don't worry I haven't seen it!), and the guest list is nearly done too...a little over 170 at this point, still manageable at this point, and likely to flex a bit too. I think the next thing we're gonna attack is the DJ...gotta have tunes, right? :-D
Anyhow, other than that, not too much going on. Been reading everyone's entries, glad to see that life is going good for you all, and hopefully things continue to go that way!
