General Updates On Life
Beware of severe ADD-ing.
~Just finished a R2 C.C. fanart that I'm sooo happy about. <3 Am in the process of inking it, but I may or may not show the sketch later. << >>;
~Have a few more doodles I may upload later.
~Fixed my stupid tablet. Just had to delete and upload a new version of the driver.
~Have a HUUUUUGE long list of movies I need to get through with my friends, namely the Indiana Jones movies (which I haven't seen since I was little) since the third one just came out.
~Am having such a slow time at lab since the line of flies I'm supposed to be working on over the summer crashed half way through the semester and we're all just waiting for the population to rebound. .___.;;
~Gone swimming for the first time in two years. My body absolutely hates me now, I can't do more than four laps at a time without getting tired. D: I used to be so hardcore too...
~I STARTED COOKING AGAIN, DID I MENTION!?! We found a ton of Chinese cooking sauces (and pots/pans!) being thrown away by the seniors so we jacked them and now I can cook to my heart's content. 8D I've been learning over every break from my Mom but I never had the supplies to do anything at school so... *shrug*
~Have been addicted to string cheese since finals week. Odd.
~There is officially no Ghost Hunters episode I haven't seen yet. Save for some in the first season 'cause I don't like the first season. D:
~Watched 10 mins. of Torchwood and ADD-ed myself into watching the last episodes of Supernatural Season 2, then stopped watching both because I got even more distracted. Will try to watch them again later.
~Watched the House finale with some friends even though I haven't seen any of Season 4 and I had NO BLOODY IDEA what was going on (or why there were so many new characters). My friend's gave me an earful for that one.
~Hei and Deidara are semi-getting it on over at
rizumikaru_yomi, which amuses me on so many levels. 8D
~Dante is apparently poised on the edge of absolute chaos with both Nero and Lady, since Lady is injured and Nero... well, doesn't know the twins thing. << >>; That will be interesting.
~Note to self: find things for my other muses to do.
*sigh* Sichuan earthquake death toll has passed 50,000 as of today. God, that was their predicted number a week ago, but now the predicted toll is up to 80,000. X______x So many... I was happy to see the Chinese movie stars pull together though. There's a picture of Andy Lau (he's still my hero after all these years 8D) and a whole ton of stars performing at Hong Kong to raise money for the earthquake. (And they say that the Chinese public has given more than 1.8 billion dollars of private funds to the earthquake. O__O THAT IS A LOT. <3 Especially for Chinese, since many don't have much money to begin with.)
