Mr Kapusta - February 2019 Update

Life:
Got a bit overwhelmed, so now I'm off sick from work - not a great start, but I'm trying not to be discouraged so early in the game...hope to be back in harness before the weekend.
Fic:
Not done so well on the reading front - but I posted one to teaandswissroll (Pros), my first non-challenge, non-prompt, unsolicited 'cold' post, and I have looked at a lot more fanpix and fanart than I've so far found time to comment on. So, even though it wasn't on my list, I'm counting that as a win.
Also, I tentatively signed up for the ci5_boxoftricks Pros Big Bang (although, I haven't yet added a word to my WIP, so we'll see how that goes - not crossing that off yet).
And, I did read Uncle Boris' Kitchen (Story) by Avery11, which I believe I picked up from mfu_shortstorie, it's a really clever fusion of fiction, historical fact and MFU canon - well worth a read.

Lj, debates and other stuff:
Bit of a curate's egg this one, but not nowhere, so that's good.
And I have an idea for a (Pros) post on the back burner (been there a while) - so there may be further February progress...
And I remembered to update, so all in all, still cause for optimism.
