So I have this compulsive habit. If I prick my finger while sewing, I dab the spot of blood in the seam allowance of whatever I'm working on. No idea why: be it a blood sacrifice for good luck, superstition or whatever. I just thought I'd share because I admitted that amongst friends while at Arisia and none of them thought I was terribly bizarre for it and I feel like I've been set free.

Also, am making piping to finish off the overskirt for the Steampunk Mistress costume and I just pricked my finger while pinning. Ow.
