School's kinda different over here... I'm in my last year (3rd) and I haven't left home, didn't live in a dorm or anything.

This chapter made me so happy in so many ways, my favorite was that little comment Finn made about how Sam changed in a good way. I never thought about it before but he's true and that makes me incredibly proud of Sam because he's come such a long way and deserves it. He may not be able to go to college like Finn right now, or maybe never if he chooses, but he's still doing what he can to make a life for his family. I am so proud that he's found a job and seems to really like it - plus it's a bonus because he gets to see Annika and relieve Burt or Carole of baby-sitting duties. Sounds like he might have enough for an apartment? He really seems to be doing well and he's doing it all primarily on his own. Plus, Annika just loves him to pieces and he just loves her back

Awww thank you! :) I'm really trying to highlight how much these boys are growing up - they're not in high school anymore and as I've learned, you gotta grow up quick sometimes. So hopefully I keep progressing them well and their family will be super adorable :)

Finn is going to get used to the idea of the baby being a girl...no worries - there won't be any hate or anything like that. It's just something parents deal with sometimes - Finn would never actually be *angry* that the baby isn't a boy though. No worries :)

This update was so full of progress! I definitely liked that Sam managed to finally tell Finn AND Finn came home for Thanksgiving all in one chapter; no need to prolong that. The last scene was perfect as well; just when it seems like Finn and Sam are too busy and stressed to show their affection, they snuggle. An adorable ending, and I'm excited for another update soon :)

I'm working on ch4 right now and I will *hopefully* be able to post it before I leave for my vacation - I have all day tomorrow to work on it so *fingers crossed*!
