This chapter made me so happy in so many ways, my favorite was that little comment Finn made about how Sam changed in a good way. I never thought about it before but he's true and that makes me incredibly proud of Sam because he's come such a long way and deserves it. He may not be able to go to college like Finn right now, or maybe never if he chooses, but he's still doing what he can to make a life for his family. I am so proud that he's found a job and seems to really like it - plus it's a bonus because he gets to see Annika and relieve Burt or Carole of baby-sitting duties. Sounds like he might have enough for an apartment? He really seems to be doing well and he's doing it all primarily on his own. Plus, Annika just loves him to pieces and he just loves her back.

Okay, just a couple more things lol and then i'll stop --- I thought it was soooo sweet when he made that comment to Finn about how yeah he may have lost the family he grew up with but he has Finn and Annika and that's a pretty good trade off. That comment right there shows how mature he is because he didn't have the easiest last two years from a rough pregnancy, to family problems, establishing a relationship with Finn to ppd he could have easily regretted everything that happened to him. He's grown so much and after I thought about it and all that he went/is going through, realized what a true statement that is. Man i'm sounding so redundant lol. Just have to ask - is Finn going to be fine with the baby being a girl? He didn't seem too happy about it even if it led to a hilarious thought that he was defective in some way. Maybe the 'verse' isn't over quite yet after this story since Finn voiced his want for a son???

Wow, I don't know what it was about this chapter either that made me just ramble on but i'll stop now. Hope you have a great time in Canada and you enjoy yourself, looking forward to chapter 4!

Awww thank you! :) I'm really trying to highlight how much these boys are growing up - they're not in high school anymore and as I've learned, you gotta grow up quick sometimes. So hopefully I keep progressing them well and their family will be super adorable :)

Finn is going to get used to the idea of the baby being a girl...no worries - there won't be any hate or anything like that. It's just something parents deal with sometimes - Finn would never actually be *angry* that the baby isn't a boy though. No worries :)
