You guys are going to get tired of me talking about wedding planning maybe. Oh all this talk of BEER and CAKES and, wait, cakes? Yes. We had the brilliant idea that instead of one big fancy cake, we should have three sheetcakes and make each one a panel of a comic, and it will be a three-panel-comic cake, and each cake can be a different kind of cake and everyone will be happy!!
This is the only/best idea I've had so far:
First panel is a drawing of a cake, then people eating the cake, and then the last cake would maybe have nothing on it, and it's like a meta cake. Cakes about eating cake, my god. My dad suggested that the last one say "CAKE!!!" and that's the version I drew here. I'm not sure totally how I feel about this but I suspect it's genius. It will possibly the first wedding cake to ever feature an "om nom" sound effect.

In other news, Victor Borge is simply delightful. Beyond being insanely musically talented, he was also really gifted at deadpan humor and being adorable. I've had a YouTube playlist of his stuff on in the background for the last few hours and it's lovely. You should watch them all.
