Just spent some time. reviewing older LJ posts including back before my anThe surgery was very very sucessful looking back. I regained almost all of the feeling in my left hand - one finger tip is a tad numb still and likely will always be numb. Small sacrifice really - biggest bonus is that I have only had 3 migraines in the 2 years since the surgery and considering the surgeon could not make any guarantees that the operation would do anything with respect to my migraines (that pre surgery I had 3x ever two week) - is an incredible bonus.
Just prior to Lilies in the summer I got cleared to do everything I did pre surgery including riding and fighting. :)
Looking back I am lucky not just for the outcome but for all the support.
I think there will be some more LJ review :)
