You'd think I was an ALT or something...
So let's go over the past couple of days:
Monday
Business as usual. Not many classes, but I needed the time to prep for my special class on Wednesday
Tuesday
Elementary School visit day, but this was special. I had to go back to my base school after lunch when usually, I stay at my visit school all day and go home from there. The 3rd grade kids at my Elementary school...make me want to find out IRL how many kids I could take in a fist fight...but the other classes are awesome, so it was ok.(This year's first grad class is AWESOME!)
Came back to my base school after that so that I could do a demonstration class with the special needs kids. It was pretty awesome.
Wednesday
Today. My International Understanding class. I did a simulation of and American High School in which every student got a different class schedule and had to go to various classes across the school. I even got the teachers to help me! It was awesome. Each class was 3 minutes long with a 2 minute passing period and a 5 minute lunch break (I made Ritz peanut butter sandwiches for everyone ^__^)
All in all, I feel pretty dang amazing right now, even though I'm tired as heck from not sleeping well and running around so much. Even as I discovered the name of my replacement yesterday...;o;
Read through all of the available Loveless finally last night...have no clue why that took me so long. But holy heck! for those of you who know the series, agree with me in that Seimei is friggin' NUTS! Like...sociopath all the way. And join me in giving Soubi a hug because he totally need one.
I'm now working with the scanlation team for Amatsuki doing page clean-up it's pretty easy for the most part, and really annoying as well at times, but at least I have something to do now when I don't feel like writing or drawing...because those are pretty much the only options I have in the evenings theses days -__-;
I am a horrible friend I've decided...
Two birthdays have passed for good friends of mine, and I have not acknowledged either, not because I forgot, not because I didn't care...but because I wanted to present them with some art in addition to the well wishing. As of yet...I have failed on both counts so Emily, Becky...forgive me? I, of course, wish you the best on your days of birth, belatedly, and I will get your art to you within the month...I think ^^;
And I'm supposed to be making this a profession?
