Here I am, writing, having a plan for what's happening next in the plot, which in no way involves anything sexual--well, not that OVERTLY sexual, at least...and the boys just start jumping each other!
I tried to stop it but they would have none of it! They're apparently horny and won't take no for an answer from their poor writer! Not that I'm complaining, mind you, but it feels like it's entirely out of my control! They have gained sentience and are writing it themselves!!
...Alright, maybe that's a bit of a hyperbole. But it really did surprise me. This continues to be such a fun learning experience! I guess at >35,000 words, they figured it was time for them to get some action.
...No, my characters, which were never actually my characters to begin with, are not talking to me, thank you. You can put down the crisis hotline number. Just relax.
Anyway, it's really interesting to write about/describe something I think about and talk about so much. Definitely a different way of looking at things.
