So I've developed what appears to be a beer belly in the past few months. In an attempt to get rid of such an embarassing feature, I have been working on the ab region a bit to regain and maybe even improve on what I used to have. Here is a recent picture on my improvement.

I've been on a lj kick lately. I remember the days when I used to update 3 or 4 times a day which then turned into once a week which turned into once every six months. Now I seem to be updating regularly... hell, I even feel the urge to blog at certain points of the day. Reading into others lives and visa versa is just so much more appealing now ( Read more... )
