A year already?
I know I haven't posted in a bit so first things first, yes, I'm still alive. For those of you who are regulars in Facebook land my presence is pretty active actually. I just don't seem to make it back over to LJ land as often as I should. On to important things though.
Ronin is a year old today. I can't really believe so much time has already passed. He's now 23lbs about 3 times more than he was when he was born and a happy walking talking toddler now.

His birthday went pretty well. We had some logistic issues but overall I think all the kids had fun playing on the playground. It was great to see everyone that could come out and when bedtime came around Ronin was out like a light. Even with the amount of sugar he had consumed.
In other big news, we're buying a house! Our closing date is on July 30th and I'll be sure to post photos for all to see. It is still within our general area of Carrollwood but it's on the border of Citrus Park. For those that know the area it is at Gunn and Henderson. That isn't too far from Anderson/Turner/Lynn. We're closing on July 30th. We have a signed contract from the seller but we're still waiting on the written acceptance of the selling amount from the bank. It's a short sale and we've received verbal confirmation but we won't do the inspection or appraisal until everything is in writing. We're definitely excited though. :)
