Something wasn't right
We saw Popevil, Whitesnake and Judas Priest tonight. Popevil was pretty good and had a solid set. God bless David Coverdale, he's still hot and his band can really put on a show. Priest has me worried, most especially Halford. After every song he left the stage. During many of the songs, he held onto the mike stand for balance and used a cane (for effect maybe but still leaned hard on it) in one song. He barely moved about the stage. I'm wondering if he had a heart attack in the last couple of years. Maybe leaving the stage to suck on an oxygen tank after each song? No, I haven't heard anything about his health but he was really, really reserved for the Metal God. The show was short and lacked the energy of a usual Priest show. I still had a great time, because seeing Priest always makes me happy, but tonight something was really wrong.
