This and that
Good morning, LJ.
Whatever ick I have has settled in my chest and that's it. My nose is clear. Weird. Still achy and tired but ignoring and doing what I want to do anyway.
Bree's friend from across the street had an all day birthday party yesterday and Bree was invited. She came home lobster red because I wasn't there to remind her to reapply sunscreen. I know she knows but she gets wrapped up in what she is doing and forgets. Plus no one sunscreened her back. Poor kid is really hurting. Next time I will sunscreen her before she leaves the house so she has at least one good layer of protection.
I'm babysitting a friend's house and birds for the next month while they are away in Croatia. One bird, their conure, is boarding with us at Casa Colhoun so he can have out of cage time. The finches and parakeets will stay at her house and I'll be going over daily for mail check and to feed them.
Not sure what the plan for today is. It really depends on how my sunburned Bree is feeling.
