Gratitude

Today was the gift of little surprises. The first was a card from a violinist I met while in college. He's a wonderful man and I've been fortunate enough to have him play at both of my weddings. His card really made my day.

Then later, as I was driving, I looked up in time to see a flock of about 50 starlings eating seed pods off of a tree. It was a wonderful sight.
