The storm
The winds are kicking up in ernest now. It's almost 9 in the morning here but the sky is the color of pre-dawn. I've seen my neighbor walking his dog, albeit as quickly as he could. There have only been one or two people walking on my street this morning. Since public transit is completely shut down that probably means they must get to work via another way or they may just be foolhardy enough to go out just for he heck of it. I sorta kinda want to take a walk but my smarter side is overcoming my brave and stupid one.
