It's alive!
So my dear compy could have been delivered sooner than it was, but I wasn't going to force poor tech-guy to drive 400 kilometers just to deliver it yesterday. I got it today instead, and it seems to be in working order. That's really all that matters.
But holy hell, have I been bored without it! Gaah. I've plowed through one of teh Wheel of Time-books, started needlebinding a hat, continued needlebinding socks, spun yarn, researched a pattern for viking-era boots, and... Okay, I've been somewhat productive. But bored! And no music other than what I had on my phone and mp3-player. That's probably what was most annoying since i have a constant beep in my ears, and it's seriously hard for me to sleep without music to mask this.
