Some interesting news that I came across today..

Apparently too much processed food is bad for your mental health.

"A diet heavy in processed and fatty foods increases the risk of depression, according to British research published on Monday.

They just hope that their children will make it in Singapore, find good jobs and enjoy the life they never had. Mr Myint Han says: 'My wife and I will miss our children, but we will be so happy. At least in Singapore, they will have a future.'

This month's Foreign Policy has an interesting report on places that Americans may find unsafe. I'm not sure if we Singaporeans will fare better though..

Pity really, some places like Persepolis are really beautiful.
