Third Trimester, Here We Come
Annie's next appointment is just around the corner, but we still did some fun baby stuff in the last week. A few days ago we were able to tour the Kaiser Birthing Center over in Roseville where Annie will be having the baby.
First there was a short class to attend about the third trimester. There were 13 couples and when the nurse asked each of us what we were having, it ended up being 10 boys, 2 girls and 1 surprise. It was crazy going down the line with almost everyone saying they were having a boy.
The tour itself was great. The private rooms are nice and big and the place in general seems to be pretty awesome. The only drawback is the 30 or so minutes we have to drive to get there, but the South Sac Kaiser isn't much closer and it's a big difference in quality from what I've heard.
I can finally feel the baby kick from the outside all the time, and it's amazing. He's very active, which drives Annie crazy if he happens to be kicking her in the ribs, but it's nice to know he's doing well without having to go to the doctor.
