(no subject)
it's a good day.
i actually forced myself to work out. and for the first time in a while, i enjoyed it and managed not to overdo it.
i went into michael's for sand to dry one of my roses, and homespun yarn was on sale! so i saved about $15 for aaron's blanket, a beautiful blue with a blue and cream border. so yay :-) i have until october, but who's counting.
THEN i came home to an email. no, i don't have a job. but as awful as my interview went, i made the next cut!!!!!!!!! they're sending me all of the background check materials, i have no idea what happens then, how many people are still in the running, etc. but even if i don't get it, now i feel a little bit more encouraged. AND with the dates that they gave me for when stuff is due and when they'll send notifications, i think i can still go see aaron in the beginning of july whether or not i get the job!!!!!!! i'm going to call the cheaper airlines and find out their fees for changing flights just in case something changes.
i'm so happy right now... i actually feel pretty good for the first time in weeks.
now i need something to do tonight since i'm actually feeling social!
