What it means
I would have figured that people here would be just like me =0) Go figure, they aren't. It is interesting though, interesting to be aware of the fact that I assumed others would be just like me. forgetting that my opinion is not everyones. Forgetting how different everyone's mind is. silly to say once realized, but at times, I do forget. Everyone's motivation for being here is so different. So, their own. Some are here to find career paths, i would even argue that I am running from mine.
I want to write about the people here. First impressions, who is who. Ted, John, Tamara, Charlie, etc, so that 2 years from now when they are all amazing friends of mine I remember how i saw them when it all began. But training is about to start up again, so stories from last night will have to wait.
I liked the definition of development: "any process that promotes the dignity of a people and their capacity to improve their own lives."
PC offers their ingenuity and an approach to problems that is both idealistic and pragmatic i like that
