So Pete took a job for next year with a company in Pennsylvania. It sucks, but it pays superwell and they said he could be in LA for the second half of his first year, so we would only really have like 4, 5 months to get through. We've done worse, I guess. This summer is all up in the air, where I might be in Boston, or LA, or even NYC now. And of course the possibility that I might be back in Chile is too much to bear. On top of this, Pete's own crazy plans stemming from more Arabic courses to coming with me to Chile creates a plethora of permutations that I'm too tired to wrap my head around.

Beyond my selfish love trials, I'm getting into my job at the Day Labor Center; we have a march this Saturday that I'm excited about, though not about waking up that early on a Saturday. Turning in that  grant proposal yesterday was so satisfying, but scary at the same time - dude this is my thesis. THESIS. EEK. Dance is keeping me crazy-busy as usual, as we gear up for the major concert the first week of May. if  you are in the southern California area, you are cordially invited to attend and view me working it out for 20 minutes straight on-stage. It'll be a massive success or a failure, depending on how these next few rehearsal go when we bring in the live drummers.

Oh love love love love love love love lovelovelove.
