Hello God
Well I never questioned God's existance and certainly don't now. He was watching over Erin and I today.
So just got home after being in a car accident. Erin and I were turning off of Colfax to go into Kohls and we got hit by an oncoming truck. Both of us are ok, just banged and bruised. The driver of the truck is about the same, though I was told he was banged worse than we were. I really am amazed that we weren't hurt worse. I was making a left hand turn and did not see the truck at first. When I did he was far-ish off, but then he was right there fast. The accident itself was pretty serious, both cars are totaled according to the police officer. But no one was badly hurt. We all were up and out of the cars more or less walking around afterwords. Erin's chest hurts, she got hit by the seatbelt pretty good. I'm kinda sore all over. But somehow one ofthe worst hurts for me is the inside of my left foot. No clue how that happened as I was driving and an automatic at that. Both of us are going to be quite sore tomorrow. I also have a scratch right in the middle of my forhead, but its just a scratch.
We were so lucky. The front end of our cars hit and according to the poilceman the impact of the cars was so great that the cars spun and the back ends hit sending us back to where we were except on the wrong side of the median. If I had been going any faster the truck would have hit Erin's door. We really were exceptionally lucky.
I was intending to get an update on here soon, but I didn't figure it would be such a dramatic one. I will probably update more tomorrow when I am stuck home alone and likely so sore I can't move.
