pumpkin pie
Apparently, I will be making pumpkin pies for the family get together. This is awesome, and I love baking and stuff- but I haven't made a pumpkin pie in ages, I don't have my old recipe any more, and I don't have a lot of time to experiment, since I just found out. Ack!
How come only one of you is posting recipes, and none are for pies?? Grr.
Here's what I've been looking at:
Self Crusting Pumpkin Pie (I'm skeptical, but it got loads of good reviews)
"My Pumpkin Pie", catchy title, eh?
Tofu Pumpkin Pie (the last pumpkin pie I made was similar to this, and it was a hit)
Streusel Topped Pumpkin Pie I think I'll try the topping from this recipe, no matter which pie recipe I use.
(I'll be making crust from scratch from a separate recipe)
Time to go to the grocery store. I'm glad they're open 24 hours around here. I'm hoping they'll be less crowded since it's later in the day. *crosses fingers*
