Okay, first I have to say that when you leave your nosering out for 2 weeks and then put it back in, it takes a bit of force and it hurts.
Owtch.
I hadn't tracked my calories for about a week, and I really don't know how I've been doing. I tracked the stuff I ate yesterday and I was in the 1000 range, which is a bit low. Today I'm in the 1200s, a bit more sane but still kind of low.
I thought I would have been over on both days, but I overestimated the calories in a few things by quite a bit.
I only ate 18 grams of fat today, which is really low for me. I normally eat a lot of fat, but it's usually the "healthy" kind- I cook with canola oil, sesame oil, and coconut milk, and I eat lots of almonds and sunflower seeds and stuff.
I've been taking flaxseed oil pills for a few weeks now. I've really noticed a difference in my knees. Of course, I didn't notice that it was helping until I stopped taking the pills for a few days (I didn't do much of anything for a few days. Ack stress.) and my knees went back to being hurty again.
My skin is also looking a little better, but it's not a huge difference.
