Venus Lubentia: A Rowhouse Community Lot
As part of the pixel_trade Build a Neighbourhood Rowhouse Sub-challenge. Inspired by a community garden I saw fleetingly on the way to the airport in Melbourne. I channeled the gardens from The Haunting (randomly), aspects of things I'd seen on Guerilla Gardeners and the recent Chelsea Garden Show. GO GO INLAWS AND RANDOM TV SELECTIONS! :D
Community lot features: extensive gardens, two sinks moonlighting as drinking fountains, a stereo, sculptures/art pieces, two loveseats (for loving shenanigans :D), an outdoor bath, swimming pool, piano, easel, remote control car, chess set, cooking & bathroom facilities.
Required Xpacs and Stuff packs: University, Nightlife, Pets, Open for Business, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Family Fun Stuff & Glamour Life Stuff.
No CC at all, as per the Build-A-Hood rules, and my own dislike for downloading lots with CC in them. ^_^ Thanks HUGELY to katu for testing it out for me and pointing out I had CEP extra stuff in here originally (even if she didn't know that thats where it was from xD).

A little closer in, from on-lot next to the (moved) community phone. Looking at the stairs and gateway entry into the gardens.
Inside the gates, from the landing (and next to one of the 'drinking fountains') looking towards the back of the lot.

This final shot of the length of the lot is outside the 'major' building area at the back. A small wooden add-on she has been constructed to house extra tools and facilitate kitchen and bathroom conveniences.

Inside the bathrooms from above - kind of had to get shots of at eye-height. xD
The view from a shed door looking back towards the front of the lot. Small dining area provided so your sims don't traffic jam at the chess-set in order to nom their hot dogs (thankies Katu for the suggestion and the subsequent EXTERMINATION of the love seat that was there before xD).
Stay for a dip in the tub,
... Or a swim in the pond.
The lot is a date-location wonderland at night.
So pretty, even if I do say so myself ^_^;;
Picturesque photo opportunity locations abound.
Even if its just for the recording of shenanigans.
