occupational hazards
I'm currently holding a job at UPS (5:30p-9:30p) and a job at American Speedy Printing (9a-2:30 or 3p).
I have an interview at Gamestop.
UPS has great benefits, free medical in 4 weeks or so, but the work totally sucks. It's killing my back and my energy levels.
I really enjoy American Speedy Printing, it's laid-back and casual. It's everything I loved about my job at Kwik Kopy without everything I hated. But it pays $1.50/hr less than UPS. While it provides me with more hours and less work, it still won't pay the bills alone.
I would love to work at a Gamestop. I mean come on. The only question is what they'll pay me and the hours they'll be able to offer me.
I'd like to keep UPS because of the extra pay and benefits but it doesn't give me enough hours to justify the pain I go through 3 hours a day. I'd like to keep the American Speedy Printing job but I still need a second set of part-time hours to supplement the income. I'd like to work at Gamestop because... (to repeat) I mean come on.
I've got the Gamestop interview on Monday so I guess I'll have to decide after they've made a decision as to whether they're going to offer me a position or not.
