Howdy yall........................
After reading Christin's journal, I felt it appropriate to mention what a great time I had with her over my short vacation (1/2-1/10). We went to the city twice and had fun. We saw the giant Christmas tree, had good food, went to China Town and Little Italy, the latter being the better of the two, and did alot of walking.
There's something about riding the train out there that I like alot. I guess it's the feeling over being on the move. That's what I enjoyed most about Europe- almost all the trains run beautifully and on time.I just wanted to keep riding that train with Christin and point it in any direction that we felt like going. I guess that's the wanderer in me. When I'm on a roadtrip, or a plane, I feel elated and free. Now if I could just be paid to do that.
New York was pretty cold but that didn't impair us from enjoying our time together. I'm going out there for Valentine's day which will be great. I know it will. Aside from that, Jason, Donald, Chris, John, and myself have been preparing for another recording of fife and drum. We're planning to make it very original and we want it to sound as tight and clean as we can get it. It feel's good to be a part of such a project, and I think we can have good times as a group if we remain this cohesive.
