mother's day
It's been a while since I updated but do not celebrate, I am still alive!
Today I was sad after practice so I went to Best Buy and spent every dollar in my wallet on music CD's. So now I have every Counting Crow and Chilli Pepper song you can ever want! It was also Mothers Day which was bad because I was really tired and my dad went to Germany randomly. So when I got home I was already sweating from the really hot sun and my mom was sittiing there sweating gardening, which has to be the most strenuous chore possible in a house. Then it came to me, the perfect mother's day gift would be to help her garden! But I'm a horrible person so I just went on the porch, and said stuff like "MOM UR NUMBER ONE.... U ROCK MOM! , WOW EVERYONE LOOK AT THAT MY MOM GARDEN SHE SO AWESOME!" and then I fell asleep to the peaceful sound of my mom planting flowers.
Yesterday I played basketball at Nottaway. Some really good ghetto people challenged Dave, Matt and I to a game. They were kinda scared, but I gave them an amazing speech about courage and we riled up and took on Team Ghetto. After the first three plays it was obvious we were overmatched because everytime Dave touched the ball it ended up in the other teams hands. Soon they started calling Dave "Turnover" , Matt "Worthless" and me "Lanky." But then I looked into the sky and I saw the clouds. It was amazing. After a few seconds I realized that the clouds were spelling: "JASON, SHOOT THE BALL!!" Now that God was on my side nobody could beat our team! I got the ball in my hand, gazed at the heavens and drove to the hoop hard. The ball went in. We had scored!!!!!!!!! Soon we were on fire, Dave made some good passes, and Matt did some good football moves with the basketball. Then we got really tired and the clouds went away so I lost my superhuman powers and we ended up losing 13-11. It was more like 13-8 but I was in charge of the score and my coach always tells me "if you can't win, cheat." Well we cheated and didn't win so I guess my coach isn't very good.
AP Exams and Finals have been going on but I don't think I studied for anything but Calculus. I like how everyone gives me crap for not really going to Government all quarter, but I still got the 3rd highest Final Exam grade out of both Pinsky/Ketch seminar classes so... :) ( that is a smily face)
