Well, this is my third whole week doing Wii Fit, and I've kept up pretty good on it. Right now I'm doing 4-5 days a week, 45-60 minutes a day with an emphasis on aerobics. If my muscles don't feel up to lots of aerobic and strength training, I do a day of yoga for 30-45 mins, which has worked out well so far to keep my muscles from really hurting ( Read more... )

Lord, it's been a crazy few weeks, and last week was the kicker: my cousin's graduation, my birthday, and my beloved manager's last day. Needless to say, my weigh-in this week was up a pound, but I'm just thankful that's all it was. Well, I started weightwatchers today, on my mom's advice. Not that she advised me to lose weight, but when I asked she recommended it. Thank god I only have to weight myself once a week.
