Day Five: Departure
We got up around 7 and headed down to the depot so I could make the 7:53 train. From there I went all the way to South Station. Once I got to South Station, I transferred to the Silverline Bus bound for Logan and made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. This time my layover was a bit shorter (although the flight was a bit longer) at Newark airport. Our plane was delayed about half an hour, but otherwise it was fine. One of the flight staff ended up next to me since the person who was supposed to be next to me decided to sit in his seat. He made sure I had enough room, gave me a rumor-filled magazine when he was done with it and allowed me to exit first (I had the window seat). He was very nice. Dad picked me up at the airport and we went home.
