Dear Isadora and Daphne,
When we last spoke, we decided to check in with each other on a weekly basis to communicate how things were progressing on our planned event. I think it would be best if we planned on meeting next week on Wednesday, to report our findings. I believe we had decided to split up the responsibilities. If these arrangements are satisfactory, please let me know the best time we three can meet. Daphne, I know that your schedule tends to get occupied with your position. If it would be better to meet after work, over dinner, that would be quite satisfactory. Isadora, do you have any preference?
And of course, if either of you would like to drop in on me at the Manor, I would be happy for your company. I know different questions may arise.
