With a resounding ‘crack’ Tonks appeared much like she had before- weeks before actually- to Spinner’s end, a few feet away from the front door. She then walked as fast as she could to the door itself, scuffing the toes of her boots against the ground, accidentally- but she wasn’t thinking of her noisy and jagged steps. She was on a mission to find out the condition of June- for the girl had been missing, or so it was told to her that June had been gone with no indication of her whereabouts. Now- Tonks also knew one thing more, June had not been in any spot or area Tonks had searched the day prior. She had stopped her useless search the night before, giving up- but, thankfully was able to learn June had returned home from Snape. The same Snape that had let her know that June had disappeared. Now how June could have just vanished the way she did was beyond Tonks, and even if Tonks had planned to visit Remus and June for some casual chat, and a registry check, none was the incentive now. Tonks wanted to learn of the becomings of June and what the hell had happened!
She rolled up the sleeves of her dark blue cardigan, pushed aside her long gray cloak from off her shoulders and then knocked urgently on the front door. She kicked some dirt off her boots as she waited, while her idle hands ran up to smooth the pink fluff of her hair away from her face- the hair that had slipped from the ponytail at the base of her skull.
