Ron opened his eyes, and found he couldn't see very well. After putting his hand up to rub them, he realized that they were sore and tender. He closed them again, trying to recall what had happened the previous evening. He felt around and knew that it wasn't his bed. At least I'm alone in here, he thought, as his hands continued their search. I wonder what the hell happened to me, he thought as he tried to remember where he was and how he got there. He hoped he was at one of his brother's house; he just didn't know which one's. He knew that the first thing he probably needed to do was send out quite a few owls. Whatever happened, he was sure he was going to get in trouble for it.
