Location: Caleb and Stella's flat

Caleb shook himself and staggered to his feet. It seemed to take longer to recover this time, but it had been a long week. Not particularly stressful, but he hadn't really had time to conserve any energy for the change. He stretched and shook his head again, getting his bearings.
Stella was waiting for him in the other room, and while he still felt a small measure of trepidation, there was no fear. It was if the wolf accepted that she was his mate and with her was where he wanted to be.
He padded to the door and pressed his nose into the crack, pushing the door open the rest of the way. He walked slowly toward the living room, giving Stella time to realize he was there. The last thing he wanted to do was startle her.
Caleb stopped in the entryway and woofed softly at Stella.
