I wonder that the only purpose of our existence seems to be protection and security, the categories vary
-Physical
-Emotional
-Financial
-Social
Bingo! I think the same. While Physical, Financial and Social support can be handled from within, Emotional support, we tend to think, needs another person. Unless, of course, you realize that emotions are yet another reward / punish system and that the reward for existence (existential happiness) is natural to us and there is nothing more worthy than existing like a happy living thing.

But most people tend to believe that 'emotional support/security' is a peripheral or result of ensuring the other forms safety. As in, if i am financially,socially secure,i automatically have people to be with me and my emotions have the air to breathe anyway!heh!
'Happiness is a state of mind' but many of us fail to discover/reach or even understand that state!

But this part of the world is full of filth and crap and unsafe for almost anybody!
My friend's dad was robbed of his car on gun-point in the same area, a day before! sigh!

But i have some strange and shocking incidents reported from bangalore too. One of them was real ghory incident!
