dis lame guy spits in d middle of d most wonderful road in dilli....

though i cant help loving dis city .. i know few things r more dan unnerving!!

Spitting seems to be the favourite sport played in the bestest spots!!

wish i could just turn d culture or whatever in one go and make this city more lovable!
