Greetings and Salutations

I've decided that "Hello" is a pretty demonic way to greet someone. And I've realized that they only time I ever say "Hello" is when I'm talking on the telephone. Specifically when I'm answering the telephone and when my cellphone is cutting in and out. I wonder why that is... I would say "Hi" because that sounds less fire and brimstone and more uplifting. But at the same time, "Hi" is like a shortened version of "Hello" and therefore I would feel less sophistacated if I chose to say "Hi" rather than "Hello" even though I most likely put in a lot more thought on the matter than my counterpart. "Greetings" sounds strange and foreign, except during the 'holiday season' which basically means 'the time of year that I want to shoot myself because I hate Santa.' I could sound like a badass Eastern European spy and answer my phone by saying "Speak". But some sesitive people might get offended by that, so maybe I'll only do that when I'm angry. I don't know. Any suggestions? hahaha yeah. right. from the only two people I've told about? no? okay! That's my speil on something that bugs me, and maybe gave you two something intersting to think about. If you were REALLY REALLY bored. I know I'm REALLY REALLY bored. Anyways, on another boring day I'll tell you two my thoughts on what to say when getting off the phone. But not today.
