So today I've been thinking about doors.

I've got this weird collection of, like... wooden boards and such in my upstairs hall that I assume my mum was planning to something with. No idea what. But amongst all this is a door - quite a narrow one, like a tiny wardrobe door or something. In fact it looks exactly like the (completely useless) mini-wardrobe things on either side of my bed, except... it's obvious that there was only ever meant to be one door each. o_O Another mystery that will never be solved, I guess.

I've also been puzzling over all the broken doors in my house. Okay, that's not quite accurate - the doors themselves are fine, they've just got holes in them because my family was very fond of punching things, throwing things, and generally destroying property. (Seriously guys, I am the ONLY person ever to have lived in this house who hasn't intentionally smashed something up. My mum once threw a computer down the stairs. No joke.)

What I'm thinking is trying to find some kind of... wood-style, uh, covering or something. Then I could just fill in the holes (probably pretty messily, knowing me) and cover the whole door in it. Like I said, it's not like they're broken or anything, just... uh... not very attractive.

The hole Steven punched in the wall is another matter, but... eh. I'll deal with that some other day.

teh bruv, look i'm a grown-up really, adventures in clearing
