Summary: Kame makes an attempt to get closer to Koki by expressing interest in things he likes.

“Are you really asking me for advice on how to woo Koki?” Nakamaru asked incredulously, staring at the other in front of him.

“Shh,” Kame hissed, covering Nakamaru’s mouth. “I don’t need Taguchi hearing this.” Nakamaru glanced to the other side of the room, where Taguchi was helping Ueda with some choreography.

“You know I’d likely tell him anyway.”

“Yucchi please, just help me,” Kame murmured.

“What makes you think that I would know anyway?”

“You’re his best friend,” Kame responded, almost desperately. “And I know you know what he likes, so please?” Nakamaru sighed and pulled Kame to the side by his arm.

“Listen, Koki isn’t actually that difficult to please, little trips, buying meals for him, just spending time doing things he likes,” he listed off as Kame made a mental checklist, a bit surprised to hear that Koki was actually so simple.

“Alright, thanks Yucchi.” Nakamaru sighed and waved him off.

“Just make it be known that I didn’t say anything, alright?”

“Got it,” Kame nodded and smiled happily, going back over to join the others for practice. He’d figure something out - he’d somehow get Koki to feel the same way he did. Somehow…

~*~

Kicking back as he waited for Koki to leave practice, Kame flipped through a magazine, not really paying attention as he tried to think up ideas of what he and Koki could do.

“Something he enjoys,” Kame muttered to himself, adjusting so he was lying upside down on the sofa as his feet kicked in the air, a small frown on his face. What were some things that Koki enjoyed? He puffed up his cheeks in thought. Koki enjoyed survival games as well as Nakamaru and Taguchi, but it would no doubt be suspicious to just ask him to go out of nowhere, since Kame had never gone before. He put a mental strike through that option, running through more ideas in his head.

“Maybe I can figure it out by going where he does,” Kame mumbled to himself, legs pausing mid-air as he palmed his forehead. He wasn’t really going to options considered near stalking, was he?

“Get yourself together Kamenashi,” he sighed to himself and rubbed his head, flipping over to stand upright. He had barely noticed someone else come in until he found himself being caught as he stumbled, dizziness overwhelming him.

“You okay, Kame-chan?”

“Whoa sorry, head rush,” he chuckled sheepishly, heart fluttering when he heard Koki’s voice, the others strong arms supporting him before pushing him upright.

“You need more rest,” Koki clicked his tongue in disproval, crossing his arms.

“I’ll be sure to do my best t-to get more,” he nodded, pushing a strand of hair out of his face. “Oh hey, if you’re done work, want to grab dinner or something?” Koki stretched and scratched the back of his head before nodding.

“Sure, you look like you could use some food anyway, and I’m starving,” he said teasingly, shrugging on his sweater. Kame opened his mouth to ask what he meant by the first part, but he just chuckled and shrugged, grabbing his things.

“Well I’m hungry too, so come on.” Kame turned on his heel and left the room, only looking back once to see if Koki was following him, hoping his red tinged cheeks weren’t all that noticeable.

~*~

“What’s your favorite thing to do?” Koki looked up at the question, furrowing his brows.

“That’s a bit random,” he said before leaning back, thinking. “My favorite thing… Be with you guys!” He grinned. Kame laughed and nudged the older with his foot.

“Not like that, I meant as in different hobbies.”

“Well…” Koki began, kicking his legs up onto the table. “I like motorbikes, I like survival games but I do those with Junno and Yucchi.” Kame hummed to himself.

“I’ve been interested in motorbikes lately, actually. Do you think maybe we could go out sometime, and you could show me a few things?” Koki stared at him for a few moments before grinning wide and nodding.

“If you’d like to then definitely, I’d be happy to share my expertise.”

“Really?” Kame asked, and Koki was all too pleased to see his face light up the way it did.

“I’m surprised you seem so interested in this, Kame-chan,” he stated, tilting his head slightly but nodding. “I’d be more than happy to.”

“I have been for a while,” Kame said quickly. “I’ve just been too busy to act on it.” Koki eyed him for a moment before shrugging.

“I guess you have been busy. When’s the next time you’ll be free, then?” Kame thought for a moment, his eyebrows scrunching in such a way that Koki would honestly consider cute.

“How about…next Sunday?” He asked after a moment, looking up and pushing some hair back.

“It’s a deal,” Koki answered, noting that he didn’t have anything to work on that day either. “Meet me at my apartment around noon then? I can treat you to lunch, too.” Kame’s face lit up even more and he nodded.

“Okay, that sounds like a good deal!”
As soon as Koki left the room, he paused a moment to lean against the wall, placing a hand on his chest.
“Interesting development…” he muttered to himself before standing up straight again, heading to his car to go home for the night.

~*~

The following Sunday, Kame was staring at his reflection in the mirror, wondering if what he was wearing was good enough for his day out with Koki. He pinned it on the fact that he was like this regardless of what he was doing - Kame was always a bit choosy about what to wear. Donned in a pair of dark jeans, a dark red shirt and a leather jacket, he decided it was good enough and time to go since the meeting time was approaching as well. Kame hated that he felt so nervous to hang out with someone he spent basically every day with. They even spend time together outside of work often - so why was his heart beating so hard now? It’s not like he was planning on confessing or anything. He just wanted to get Koki one step closer to liking him back. Maybe that was why he was nervous, because he had no idea if he’d be able to succeed with it. He always had the thought that Koki was straight. He grabbed his keys and wallet before heading out, hoping that this day would turn out successfully.
“How about we go for drinks after this?” Kame suggested lightly, when his heart was actually racing to the point he thought he would start hyperventilating.

“I’m not so sure about that Kame-chan,” Koki began in a teasing tone. “You get kind of slutty when you’re drunk.” The grin on his face caused Kame to flush, whacking Koki on the shoulder.

“I am not,” he muttered, shaking his head. Koki raised his hands in defense, grin widening.

“I can’t turn that offer down, but how about we grab something to eat after we’re done here first?”

“Sure, that sounds good,” Kame mumbled, slightly embarrassed. Koki either didn’t pick up on it or he just ignored it as he began rattling off things about his motorbikes. Kame was almost surprised at how much he actually knew. He knew Koki enjoyed riding them - his performance of Pierrot being the perfect example of that - but he didn’t know that the older was this into them.
After a while, Kame was sitting on the seat of a motorcycle, almost bouncing with excitement as he waited for Koki.

“Now I hope you’ve been listening, because we’re taking these babies out on the open road.” Koki grinned and put his helmet on, revving the engine a couple of times.

“I’ve ridden a motorcycle before, Koki. There’s no need to tell me!”

“Once for a movie doesn’t count Kame-chan, but if you say so! I’ll be waiting for you at the restaurant then.” Koki grinned from behind his helmet and revved the engine again before speeding off. Kame opened his mouth to protest but just lowered his own helmet, starting after him. His heart was racing and adrenaline was pumping through him - though a small part of his mind pleaded with him that it was dangerous, another part of him said “Why not?”
Kame listened to the latter part and sped up, trying his best to catch up with Koki. Who knew, maybe the other would be impressed if Kame somehow managed to beat him.

~*~

Much to Kame’s disdain, Koki had beaten him to the restaurant, though not by much. His demeanor after that was almost smug, with a hint of something else that Kame couldn’t detect. Though Koki wasn’t saying anything, Kame knew he was at least inwardly gloating.

“Let’s just eat,” Kame grumbled as they took off their helmets, entering the restaurant.

“You’re cute when you’re embarrassed,” Koki pointed out, causing Kame to sputter an incoherent response.

“What are you saying that for suddenly?” He asked after a moment. Koki laughed out loud, shaking his head and patting Kame on the shoulder.

“It was just an observation.”

“Observation my ass,” Kame commented to himself, not loud enough for Koki to hear as they picked a place to sit, near the back of the restaurant to avoid drawing attention to themselves. Koki flashed him a grin, settling in.

“Whatever you want, it’s my treat.” Kame raised his eyebrow and nodded.

“Well, thank you. What a gentleman.” Koki didn’t respond, his gaze moving to the table as Kame skimmed the menu, heart pounding.

“I-I’ll have the meat udon,” Kame said in a quiet voice, setting his menu down as he continued avoiding Koki’s gaze.

“I’ll have the grilled meat with fried rice,” he hummed to himself, setting his menu down as they waited silently for the waiter to come take their order.
He doesn’t like me like that does he? I mean, why would he?
Kame sighed to himself silently as he shook his head, chasing the thoughts away as he chanced a glance at Koki, who was still looking at the menu even if he had already decided what he wanted. Biting the inside of his cheek as he glanced around, Kame tried to calm himself. The time seemed to be dragging on already, which made Kame wonder if this had really been a good idea after all. Soon enough, a waiter approached their table, pen and paper poised in his hand.

“What can I get for you two gentlemen today?” He asked in a monotonous voice.

“The meat udon please,” Kame said after a moment.

“Grilled meat, with a side of friend rice please,” Koki said after him as they handed their menus over.

“Thank you for your patience, your food will be out soon.” The waiter bowed before walking away.
They ate in silence for the first little while before falling into more comfortable conversation about mundane topics, and Kame once again realized how fun Koki was. Despite how nervous he had been before, being with Koki felt completely natural. Soon enough, he found himself completely relaxed and joking as usual - but at the same time, there was something different in the air that Kame couldn’t pick up on.
“Let me treat,” Koki offered, picking up the cheque after they finished eating. “It’s the least I could do.” Kame opened his mouth for a moment with the idea of protesting but then he closed it again, nodding.

“Alright, thanks Koki.” Koki just grinned in his direction and went to pay. Kame threw his jacket back on and went to wait for Koki by the door. He felt like he was shaking, but when he looked down and inspected himself, he realized he wasn’t.

“Pull yourself together, Kame,” he murmured, slapping his own cheeks once, looking up as Koki came back, shoving his wallet into his jean pocket.

“Are you ready to go?”

“Yeah, actually I think I know the perfect place.”

~*~

Quite a few drinks and a taxi ride home later, Kame and Koki stumbled through the door of Koki’s apartment, equally as drunk as the other.

“Wait wait, take off your shoes,” Koki said in a slur, kicking off his own and entering the apartment. Kame was worried that he would run into something, but he couldn’t stop laughing at how funny he looked.

“What do you say we continue with the dr-hic-drinking?”

“Don’t you think we’ve had enough?” Kame mumbled in response, trying to calm his laughing.

“You can never ha-have enough alcohol,” Koki mumbled, stumbling over to the kitchen, presumably to get himself another drink. Kame shrugged and flopped down onto the sofa, spreading out across it with a noise somewhere between a moan and a sigh. He heard some clanging noises coming from the kitchen, and part of him wanted to go make sure that Koki was alright and not breaking anything, but the bigger part of him didn’t want to leave the couch. Kame didn’t know why, but his heart was thudding again.

“Damn,” he mumbled under his breath as he tried again to calm himself down. A few moments later, Koki came back in with a drink in his hand, a cigarette in the other.

“Koki what have you been told about smoking?” Kame asked, slurring his words a bit as he said up, holding his head as the room spun for a moment. Koki took a drag from the cigarette and shrugged, plopping down by Kame’s feet as he exhaled the smoke, causing Kame to cough.

“Don’t,” Kame began, moving to snatch the stick from Koki’s grip but missing, falling onto his lap instead. Shooting up immediately, Kame groaned and rubbed his head, flopping back as his face went hot.

“S-sorry,” he muttered, avoiding Koki’s gaze. He heard Koki snicker under his breath, patting Kame’s head lightly. The older mans’ gaze bore into him as Kame looked at the floor.

“Stop looking at me like that,” he muttered, hiding his face which was surely red with embarrassment and the heat of Koki’s gaze.

“I don’t want to.” Kame looked up in surprise, suddenly feeling quite a bit more sober than he had before, though his mind was fuzzing around the edges.

“Wh-what do you mean by that?”

“It simply means that I want to keep looking at you,” Koki said slowly, putting the cigarette out in the ash tray on the coffee table, finishing off the drink he had poured himself with a hiss, swaying on the couch a bit. Whatever Koki had been drinking, it was strong. Feeling a surge of adrenaline, Kame turned, looking up to face Koki head on, meeting his gaze.

“I’m not drunk,” he started before bursting out into a fit of laughs. Koki stared at him for a moment.

“You so are,” he pointed out, laughing loudly.

“I- I mean,” Kame hiccupped, trying to control himself again. “What I’m about to say isn’t a drunken thought.” Koki stopped laughing and stared at him again.

“Don’t tell me…” Kame met his stare, furrowing his eyebrows. Koki couldn’t possibly know how he felt about him, could he?

“You like Yucchi, don’t you?” Koki snickered, covering his mouth with his free hand. Kame gaped, shaking his head as Koki burst out laughing again.

“Shut up for a second,” Kame hushed, waving his hand and staring at Koki, though his face was likely as red as a tomato at that point.

“I-it’s you,” he said, scratching the back of his neck. “You’re the one I like.” Koki’s eyes widened as he stared at Kame, whose heart was beating about a mile a minute. At least that’s what it felt like to him.

“I can’t believe it…” Koki leaned closer to Kame, causing him to breath a bit heavier.

“Um, which part do you not believe?”

“That you like me…” To Kame, it kind of seemed like there was another word at the end of that sentence that Koki didn’t say. The younger didn’t really get a chance to say anything else before Koki crashed into him, their lips colliding. Kame stilled as his breathing quickened. He almost didn’t know how to respond, which was something that Kame hated. Why was Koki doing this? His eyes closed as he slowly responded to the kiss, gripping at the collar of Koki’s shirt to tug him closer.

Koki tasted a lot like he smelled - alcohol and cigarettes but with a slight musk of something minty. Despite how he didn’t really care for the taste of the smoke, on Koki, he loved it. Not that he could really think about that with Koki’s lips pressed against his own, the formers tongue exploring his mouth. Before he could stop it, a small breathless moan escaped as he shifted to sit on Koki’s lap. The empty glass thudded to the carpeted floor, the sound going unnoticed by both of them, as they were too wrapped up in each other.
Kame didn’t know how long that lasted, but by the time they were pulling away he was breathless, his lips red.

“I do like you, you know,” Koki murmured breathlessly, gripping at Kame’s arm. Kame’s mouth dropped open as he stared at Koki, trying to process this information.

“Y-you like me,” he murmured, looking up at Koki as his heart raced. “I don’t suppose this is just a drunken confession?” Koki shook his head slowly, tugging at Kame’s sleeve to bring him closer.

“No…But I knew what you were doing, you were trying to get closer to me weren’t you?” Kame held his breath for a moment, falling silent and looking down.

“It’s okay, I don’t mind,” his voice slurred as he pulled Kame in for another kiss, the tantalizing taste of his lips capturing him immediately. Kame sighed softly against them and shifted in Koki’s lap.

“What are you doing to me…?”

“It’s probably the same thing that you’re doing to me,” Koki’s breath hitched on his words, his hips arching up slightly as Kame tugged at the chain around his neck.

“Hmm…” Kame hummed and stood up, causing Koki to whine out softly.

“Where’s the lube?”

“It’s in the bathroom, in the bottom drawer in the cabinet,” he said breathlessly, sitting up straight again.

“Be ready for me please,” Kame murmured, stumbling over to the bathroom and going through the bottom drawer and pulling out the small bottle, squeezing gently as he leaned against the counter, his head swimming. Was he really about to do this? Was Koki really going to let him? He couldn’t push the thought away that Koki was just drunkenly confessing to him and he didn’t actually mean it. He straightened up and took a deep breath before going back to the living room - where surely enough, Koki was now clothes less and sitting on the edge of the couch.

“Here or in in the bedroom?” He asked in a low voice, looking up at Kame.

“Here,” Kame replied after a moment, surprised at how submissive Koki seemed to have suddenly gotten. “Bend over the arm of the couch.” Koki was biting back a grin as he moved to obey, Kame approaching him from behind and caressing his ass. Koki let out a muffled whine and pressed himself against the couch. Kame could clearly see his arousal.

“Hmm…” Kame grinned to himself and reached under Koki to touch him, teasing the tip with his finger. Koki was biting down on one of the couch cushions as his hips arched into Kame’s touch.

“Why did you keep it from me?” He asked with a soft voice as he started stroking Koki’s length slowly.

“I-it was p-probably for the same reason that you didn’t tell me.” Kame paused for a moment, hearing another small whimper from Koki.

“Was it the fear of rejection?” He asked, keeping his voice light. “Or was it worrying about the group?”

“I think it was both,” he murmured against the couch cushion. Kame fell silent as he chewed his lower lip, removing his hand and stepping back to undo his own pants, already aroused.

“Is this really a good idea though?” Kame murmured, trailing his finger in a slow circle around Koki’s hole.

“It can’t be a bad idea,” Koki ground out, trying to push back against Kame’s finger.

“But we’re both drunk,” he pointed out, almost overcome with the want to leave due to the same thoughts from before. But they were both there, both aroused. There really couldn’t be any harm, right? Kame stepped closer again, uncapping the tube and squeezing some of the lube onto his fingers, coating them before sliding a slicked finger into Koki, eliciting a gasp from him.

“No more speaking,” Kame said after a moment, and Koki was too busy gripping at one of the pillows to answer other than a brief nod. Using his other hand to slick his own member up, Kame continued moving his fingers inside of Koki. He moaned and gripped harder at the couch, burying his face against one of the cushions and Kame could tell that he was biting it.

“U-um, are you okay if I do it now?” Kame asked quietly, adding a third one slowly and feeling how tight Koki was.

“I thought you said no more talking,” Koki muttered against the pillow, so low that Kame could barely hear him. “Yeah it’s okay, please just do it, Kazuya, please.” His breath came out in short pants already, making Kame wonder what kind of effect he had on Koki like this.

“Somehow it seems like you’ve been waiting for this for a while now,” Kame said, removing his fingers slowly as he positioned himself behind Koki.

“M-maybe not this in specific,” Koki muttered in response, voice muffled by the cushion. Kame fell silent again as he rubbed his hands up Koki’s back slowly as he eased his way in, causing Koki to cry out into the pillow, pushing back against Kame. His hands resting on Koki’s back, Kame started a slow rhythm of thrusts.

“Just like that,” Koki moaned out, clutching at the pillow as Kame moved, probably a bit too slowly for Koki’s liking. Kame didn’t want to go too fast and hurt him, though Koki kind of seemed like the type who would like that. His hands smoothed down Koki’s back as his pace of thrusting quickened. Koki was pressing back to meet his movements, and Kame was finding it difficult to control his pace. Koki was so tight and felt so good around him, he couldn’t help but let out a soft moan as he tried to gain control back of his slightly erratic movements.

“Go deep and hard, I can take it, please,” Koki muttered into the pillow, and Kame knew that if he could see Koki’s face he’d be blushing. Kame didn’t reply, but he placed both of his hands on Koki’s hips to brace himself before doing as Koki said, thrusting harder and faster than he had been before. Koki cried out softly and pushed back against Kame to meet his thrusts, panting into the pillow and whimpering softly. It almost shocked Kame to see the other like this, but he couldn’t help but continue.
Maybe he was a Do S, but he loved seeing Koki like that. There was something thrilling about his little reactions and noises of pleasure.
“You’re getting close already aren’t you?” Kame asked, breathing between his words. Koki gasped and shook beneath him. Kame had found his sweet spot.

“You can’t tell me that you aren’t,” Koki grunted, grinding his hips back against Kame as he reached down, beginning to touch himself. Kame opened his mouth to respond but the only thing that came out was a moan as the intense amount of pleasure had already begun pooling in his lower abdomen. Kame knew what that meant, but he didn’t want to stop.

“Don’t let go yet,” Kame breathed out, speeding up his movements again. Koki let out a low noise that sounded like a sob as he jerked himself rather roughly but nodding to an extent that Kame could see. His hips continued moving, having a bruising grip on Koki’s sides. He was immediately flooded with the heat of pleasure as his thrusting faltered, leaning against Koki’s back slightly as he panted.

“I can’t,” Koki whimpered quietly against the pillow. Kame moaned a bit and continued thrusting.

“Then don’t hold on,” he said after a moment, leaning his head back. Koki let out a muffled groan as he came moments after Kame spoke. Kame doubled over from the pleasure that came from Koki’s muscles spasming around him, driving him towards his release not long after. Both of them panting, Kame leaned against Koki slightly.

“I’m sorry I waited,” Kame said quietly after he managed to catch his breath.

“I’m sorry I did too,” Koki replied after a pause, less muffled than previously.

“Do you want to go to sleep now?”

“I think that might be a good idea,” Koki said, lifting his head from the couch. “You should join me.”

Kame could feel himself flushing as he nodded, separating from the other slowly, and still stumbling a bit though after that, he felt a lot more sober than he had before. They shuffled to the bedroom, Kame falling down on the bed immediately and yawning. Koki came in moments later, throwing on some clothes and tossing a pair of shorts at Kame, who then slipped them on quietly.
“What do you think we should do now?” Kame asked, murmuring as Koki slipped into bed.

“Let’s just take things one step at a time, okay?”
