[REQUEST] Any fandom, protector/protected, any situation
Fandom: Any (though if anyone knows the Fire Emblem series, though games hit me hard when it comes to this type of pairing, starting the very first time Kent showed up and talked to Lyn in the first officially translated game)
Pairing: Any protector/protected
Details: I've always loved relationships with the white knight/princess they're sworn to protect dynamic (and I like it even better if the princess can take care of herself just fine but the protector hangs around anyway, so I'm totally asking that you must use the fairy tale-standard simpering maiden who can't do anything for herself), and would love to see a story about a pairing with it.
It doesn't need to be an actual knight and princess (for a Final Fantasy example Yuna and one of her guardians would be just as good as Steiner or Beatrix/Garnet), "white knight" description aside they don't need to be good characters as long as one protects the other, despite my pronoun use in the setup I don't care what the gender is of the person in each role, and you can use characters who don't usually have this dynamic going on if the story has them in a situation where they fall into it (like one character being badly injured and the other having to get them to safety or something.
So, no specific situation, I just want to see one character who is protective of another. ...Heh, boy I babbled on for this one.
