Shrapnel, Fringe, Olivia/Charlie and Olivia/Alt!Charlie, Ownership + a bit of Attraction, Reunionsprimarycolors92May 9 2011, 13:09:55 UTC
Olivia never collared Charlie, not even in their bed, because Charlie didn’t want to be collared.
He let her do just about anything, anywhere; her hand stroking him at the bar until he bit through his lip keeping quiet when he painted the underside of the table white, her hands pushing him to his knees in the men’s bathroom at the Bureau until she could trap his face between her thighs.
Olivia could be in the middle of anything when she’d see him, playing with his pen or touching his mouth or bending over a monitor, and then the need would make her weak, make her desperate, afraid.
Charlie could be in the middle of anything when she would call him and he would answer immediately, allowing Olivia to claim him until she felt strong again.
Charlie made Olivia brave, whenever and always (brave but not secure, his neck unbound against her pale fingersWhen Olivia first sees Charlie again she doesn’t have time to want him, doesn’t have time to take the hurt and the pain and the weakness and the fear and pin it against Charlie’s

*Heat* - Being Human - George/Mitchell - Act 5djkiwi2576May 9 2011, 16:26:16 UTC
Before Nina...
Before Annie...
There was just George and Mitchell.
The decision to share a flat made perfect sense. They worked at the same hospital. They had a need to use the same vehicle. They both had a secret that needed to stay in trapped in the darkest of closets.
In George's mind the partnership moved to a quasi-friendship and in his fantasies well it became more. He'd never fancied the possibility of being with a man...sexually. In fact he would immediately overcompensate and provide unnecessary details to any and every one who gave their appearance in a pub or market a second look

Beverages and Explanations, Eleven/Canton, dating, PGentangled_nowMay 9 2011, 18:03:43 UTC
The Doctor has personally witnessed hot beverages solve a difficult problem at least twelve times. Which is why he comes armed with one when he's determined to talk to Canton about the incident.
But the fact that he has a hot beverage doesn't help him with how to broach the subject. He can almost feel Amy giving him a kick up the backside. She believes in affirmative action.
"About the kissing," he starts.
"Do you want me to apologise." Canton's face is suspicion on top of a careful blandness, which the Doctor doesn’t like at all.
"No, no. Normally, I bring people with me, lovely excitable people and there are adventures and 'oohing' and 'ahhing' and occasionally running for our lives." The Doctor nods, but Canton's still looking confused, and he realises that wasn't really an explanation. "But there isn't really much...any, really. It's all very platonic. That's not the point of it."
"That's pretty depressing." Canton's paying far too much attention to him now, though he thinks that's kind of the point. That's what started this

Thank you! ♥ I'm happy you thought the Doctor sounded right. He's so much fun in all his many tangents and random observations. I really do love him :D
I would adore having Mark Sheppard as a companion. Much as I love seeing him in everything sometimes I want him to stick around and be amazing for many, many episodes.

Oh, yes. Why is there not more Eleven/Canton? One of the best things about the Doctor is the way he keeps being surprised by the universe. He's still open to wonder, and wonder keeps happening to him. And this one in particular is all Air (or Ether?), and makes such a splendid contrast with Earth, especially in the form of Canton.
Edited to clarify that I'm not nagging the author, but the fandom in general.
