I was having trouble responding to the replies to my first post .. So I'll thank everyone here!
And to ask some questions ....
I have my depression under control (in remission?) through yoga and serious, internal brainwashing, also known as positive affirmations. And the icing on that is SAM-E. It has made a huge difference.
I also take Rhodiola, which works for mood and muscles
I would like to hear how others have worked on their depression.
My gf used to work for United Cerebral Palsy (sp?) and she firmly believes that depression and FMS are strongly linked.
Is low blood pressure also a factor in FMS, does anyone know?
