Thanks for all the comments yesterday regarding my double dose of Cymbalta.  I had called the Dr before ever posting and was waiting on a call back from the nurse (gotta love screwing up after lunch on a Friday).  She did finally call me back and let me know I should be ok ( Read more... )

Do you use the 7-day medicine boxes?? My husband, myself, & my son all have two. One for the morning and one for the evening. My daughter just has one because she just needs morning meds.

Yeah, I have 2 - one for morning, one for evening. For some reason the last couple of weeks tho, I just keep missing. I think it was cuz I got off my regular schedule when my laptop crapped out for a week (that was the first time I missed), and now even though I've got it back I've still not gotten back to my normal schedule.

I'm thinking about just moving my Cymbalta bottle next to the bed so that I can just take it when I first wake up, whether I get up then or not. Everything else I normally take in the morning is just vitamins and supplements, so not quite as big a deal if I forgot.

I forget to take my insulin. Kinda necessary, you know? (but it gives me an allergic reaction, so I hate it.)

I always have my phone, though. So I have alarms set on the phone to remind me. And since I have the sound as a duck quacking? I HEAR it. :) I'm glad your meds mixup wasn't life threatening!

I have far more problems when I forget to take the dose at all than when my dose was increased. I take two cymbalta a day and one week, I spaced the 2nd capsule. I felt awful! Tremor in my whole body, dizzy and feeling like falling when I turned my head. It was a nightmare!
