Strange...but true?
"Oddly enough, people with fibromyalgia tend not to have the "half moons" at the base of their fingernails, with the exception of the thumbs. Another indicator with fingernails is if they have brittle, vertical ridges."
My support group leader posted this on our mailing list...and I realized..I only have the half moon on ONE of my thumbs....and I have the ridges as well...maybe if this is true for all of us it could be another diagnostic tool. So, do you guys find this to be true about you?
