Baking...
I'm baking.....like a maniac.
So far I've made lemon and passionfruit shortbread, chocolate cheesecake brownies, some chocolate kiss biscuits and a lemon slice. I've washed up more times that I can count and I still want to do my famous 'pisser cake' but in cup cake size. Not quite sure how I'll adjust that cooking time....but will have a play.
Then I've just to go bundle them up into little gift parcels and distribute at will tomorrow! It's been quite nice just pottering, cooking and listening to music.
